Haunted Coffin Patchwork Cushion

Featuring a selection of black and white prints, including ghosts and coffins, the cushion front is made of 100% cotton and has been piped and backed with super-soft black velvet. This cushion measures 18” x 18” and comes complete with a quality insert also made in the UK.

Coffin patchworks are my absolute favourite thing to make. The patchwork is made using a method called paper piecing, where the patches of fabric are temporarily held in shape by being tacked to a piece of coffin shaped paper before being sewn together by hand, giving me the perfect opportunity to place the images on the fabric exactly where I want them.
