Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We are currently able to deliver orders worldwide, with the exception of some countries in Africa and the Middle East. We predominantly ship to the UK and Ireland, Europe, United States, Australia and New Zealand. If you reside in a different country and would like more information on delivery, please get in touch.

Q: Will there be duties or fees to pay on my international order?

A: Orders placed from the US are sent Duties Paid, therefore there will be no additional fees to pay to receive your items. Unfortunately we are unable to collect and remit any taxes due for other countries, so we recommend checking the rules in place for your country when ordering from the UK.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: As items are handmade, it can take up to seven days for your order to be dispatched. For estimated delivery times, please see the table below. These times are provided by Royal Mail and whilst they aim to meet them, your order may be delayed due to customs or other reasons out of our control.
